St. Vincent De Paul Society - Mother of Hope Conference
How to Get Assistance When In Need
St. Philip provides help to members in the local community through the Saint Vincent de Paul Society, Mother of Hope Conference.
On July 1st, 2026, Mother of Hope Conference (MOH) was established, becoming the 11th conference in the Arlington Diocese. MOH is a volunteer Catholic lay organization inspired by Gospel values. Over 65 men and women from St. Anthony, St. James, and St. Philip parishes joined together to grow spiritually with the mission to offer person-to-person service to our Falls Church neighbors who are in need and suffering.
MOH provides informed help to individuals and families so appropriate action can be taken to alleviate an emergency or effect lasting change in a neighbor's life. The emergency financial and spiritual assistance MOH provides varies from financial assistance (rental assistance; auto repairs; food, gas, and clothing cards; filling prescription medicine; utility assistance; etc.) to providing referral information to aid organizations.
If you are in need of help or would like the support their mission, please use the links to the conference website.
If you are facing a difficult situation and need support, please fill out the assistance form on the site and a member of our conference will follow up with you as soon as possible.
