October is the Month of the Holy Rosary


Saint Philip will have many ways to support parishioners in praying the Rosary, answering the call of Pope Leo XIV and Bishop Burbidge


First Saturday Rosary and Reflection:

7:00 am


Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet in English:

Every Monday after the 7:00 pm Mass


Rosary in Spanish:

Every Sunday 12:40 pm (before the 1:00 pm Mass)


One Million Children Praying the Rosary

Parish families with or without children are invited to participate in a worldwide effort to pray the rosary on October 7, 2025 for peace and unity in the world.


What started in 2005 in Caracas, Venezuela with a small group of children has grown to a a worldwide mission. The effort is organized by ACN (Aid to the Church in Need). More information will be provide by our Youth Ministry leader, Sister Marie Benedict.


To pledge a prayer or to find more information visit the ACN website. So far, just under 100,000 kids will be praying.

As Pope Leo has XIV appealed the universal Church , Bishop Burbidge invites you to join in praying the Rosary every day during October for the cause of peace in our world.

Each day, let’s turn to the Blessed Mother through our recitation of the Rosary, confident that she will deepen our love of Christ and hear our plea for peace.



13th Annual Bilingual Rosary Rally in Honor of Our Blessed Mother of Fatima

In honor of the "The Miracle of the Sun" that occurred in Fatima, Portugal on October 13, 1917, St. Philip will host a bilingual rosary rally this upcoming October 13.


The rally will be held in front of the statue of the Blessed Mother after the 7:00 pm Mass.
